What If I Choose To Reject Your Estimate & I want my damaged PC / laptop back?

  • We will return your damaged PC / laptop for a fee of £25 which includes a detailed inspection report and the cost of return carriage.

What is the warranty period on the repair?

  • We guarantee that should the unit fail with the same fault within 3 months of us returning the unit to you, we will collect, repair and return the unit to you at no cost to you.

How long will it take to repair?

  • Once you have agreed to the repair, our PC / Laptop repair service will take a maximum of 1 or 2 days unless a spare part is not in-stock and we have to order it. Should we need to order a part we will quote the new delivery date.

Terms & Conditions;

  • By completing and submitting the form you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

  • We send a security box to ensure your laptop arrives with us in the condition it left you. and you will be given a receipt.

  • Our estimate for the repair is calculated once we have performed a detailed inspection of your laptop.

  • If you decide to decline the repair estimate we will return your PC / Laptop for a fee of £25 to cover the cost of return carriage.

  • Failure to reply to an offer will result in your laptop being retained for a period of 30 days before being recycled or disposed of.

  • We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is your responsibility to ensure that such data is removed from the laptop prior to you sending it to us.

  • All repairs need to be paid for in full before they are returned. Failure to pay will result in your laptop being retained for a period of 30 days before being recycled or disposed.

  • All repairs are guaranteed for a 90 days. However some parts we will replace, will carry a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months.
